All content on TikoComment, including but not limited to code, designs, text, graphics, interfaces, logos, images, and software, is owned by us or our content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X names, logos, and interface elements belong to their respective owners. TikoCommentis not affiliated with those platforms.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of the comment text and profile images you upload to our service. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have obtained the necessary rights to use and authorize us to process the content you upload
• Your content and the resulting mockups do not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or publicity rights

You grant us permission to process and store your content to generate comment mockups and provide export history. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and the rules of any platform where you share the result.

3. Feedback

For any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide about our services, you grant us the right to use such feedback without restriction and without compensation to you.

1. Services Provided "As Is"

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

2. Generated Mockups

Generated images are visual mockups only. The service does not publish comments or confirm that a mockup represents a real comment. Platform interfaces may change, so exported visuals may not exactly match every live UI. You are responsible for checking each image before using or sharing it.

3. Third-Party Links and Services

Our services may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for any third-party content, websites, products, services, or their privacy practices.

1. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TikoComment regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and understandings, whether oral or written.
